More than a Bed

Kari Prawdzik, Executive Director of the Parkland Crisis Centre & Women's Shelter in Dauphin, MB attended the launch of the "More than a Bed" report in Ottawa on May 2, 2019. This report quantifies what those working in violence against women shelters already know, while showing the many challenges that shelters continue to experience, not only in Dauphin, MB, but throughout Canada.
