This bill #KeirasLaw aims to make changes in our justice system to better support survivors of intimate partner violence. The two important provisions of this Bill are to implement training for judges on intimate partner violence and coercive control as well as implement a requirement for judges to consider adding electronic monitoring as a condition of release orders for people who have been charged with offences against their intimate partners.
